Meet Andy Yip

Originally from Hong Kong, Andy moved to Seattle in 1995 with his family to further his education. Spending the first ten years of his career in finance, Andy started his estate planning wealth management office on Mercer Island. Known for his investment and management skills, Andy has been recognized as a charismatic and dedicated leader in the Seattle Chinese community, in addition to a well-connected professional with excellent networking abilities. Andy has expanded his network to new heights, as his affiliation with Realogics Sotheby's International Realty brings both the office specific Dragon and the Pearls initiative and the Asia Desk, as well as 700 Sotheby's International Realty offices located around the world. Armed with his experience as a first generation immigrant, Andy understands the importance of finding the perfect location to raise a family. Andy is passionate about finding the right home for his clients, using his 20 years of experience living in the Greater Seattle area.

The firm is expanding its Eastside flagship branch office in downtown Kirkland, which will soon feature an authentic Asian-themed tea room to host private meetings with international guests.
